Lenten menu in Lambic!
Brasserie Lambic brand chef Arthur Nam has prepared a special Lenten menu that will run from the beginning of March until Easter on April 19.
In the menu:
Eggplant in marinade with couscous
Salad with baked vegetables and corn oil
Zucchini stuffed with lentils with Lecho
Tomato soup with ciabatta
Fried potatoes with mushrooms
Fried tofu with string beans
Shawarma with falafel and tomatoes
Coconut panacotta with fresh berries
