Lambic: milfey, khinkali, bruschetta, pasta - and all with chanterelles!

The Lambic Brasserie chain presented a well-tailored special menu with chanterelles as the key ingredient. From salads to hot dishes, seasonal mushrooms have performed well in every role.

Two positions are given to salads: wild arugula or Parma ham and vitello tonnato sauce are added to chanterelles. Two more lines of the menu were occupied by bruschetta: with chanterelles and Guinea fowl liver pate or feta cream. Are you seriously hungry? At your service — a medallion of beef with julienne of chanterelles.

Milfey with chanterelles is not the only unusual dish among the novelties. Lambic also uses these mushrooms to prepare trout, pappardelle, and even cold khinkali: unusual combinations allow you to reveal the taste potential of a key ingredient.
