New Lambic on Passionate
Lambic Brasserie opened on Strastny Boulevard. This is the seventh restaurant in the chain.
The concept of Lambic has remained unchanged: now an authentic Brussels Brasserie has appeared on Pushkinskaya street, where European beer traditions are honored. Business card Lambic — a Belgian beer: from lambic and stout to all sorts of ale and lager. In total, the new restaurant has more than two hundred positions on bottles, 20 — on tap. The center of attraction in Brasserie on Strastnoy was the open kitchen, which first appeared in Lambic. And next to it — chef’s table, where guests can watch the cooking.
The perfectly designed menu is made up of time-tested hits. A large section of grilled dishes, BBQ, non-boring beer snacks and hearty hot dishes — all the things that guests have loved the Lambic chain for more than eight years, are also available in the new restaurant.
Lambic beer is accompanied by Kataifi shrimp (560 rubles) and fried Camembert (740 rubles). the first course is beef goulash soup (530 rubles) or chicken broth with homemade noodles (390 rubles).
Seriously hungry? Order rib eye (2,200 rubles), lamb Liege with potatoes (690 rubles), stewed beef in Bourgogne des Flandres beer with baked potatoes (890 rubles), beef Stroganoff with mashed potatoes (780 rubles) or chicken cutlets with baked potatoes and blue cheese sauce (580 rubles). For dessert, you can choose Belgian waffles (420 rubles) or pistachio roll with fresh raspberries (470 rubles).
